Trustly casinos are online casinos that accept deposits and withdrawals through Trustly, the Swedish open-banking payment company. Among the international casinos we track for Nordic players, none lists Trustly as of 7 October 2026. This page sets out the data behind that finding, Trustly’s own rules on gambling merchants, what the casinos in our directory offer instead, and how the alternatives compare on speed, limits and bonus eligibility.

The ranked list shows the EU-licensed casinos we rate highest for bank-transfer players. Each uses instant bank transfer, not Trustly, and says so in its highlights.

Open banking in two minutes

Trustly, Brite and Zimpler all build on open banking, the system the EU’s second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) created. A licensed payment initiation provider, with your consent, logs into your online bank on your behalf and starts a transfer to the merchant, so you never type card details. Because the provider sees your verified bank identity, it can also confirm who you are, which is what makes “no-account” Pay N Play flows possible: one bank login both identifies you and funds the deposit. The technology is the same whether the casino is licensed locally or abroad. What differs is whether a given provider is willing to serve that casino for players in your country, and that is a commercial and regulatory decision by the provider.

Why Trustly is missing at international casinos

Three facts explain it. First, Trustly’s merchant terms, effective 1 September 2025, require merchants to comply with applicable law and to hold all the permits and licences their activities need. Second, Trustly’s help centre says the merchant decides which Trustly services to offer, and Pay N Play is only available in certain countries. Third, Trustly has said publicly that it follows local gambling regulation: in May 2023 a Trustly executive, Nikolai Livori, wrote that Trustly had stopped working “years ago” with unlicensed, MGA and Curaçao-licensed operators in locally regulated markets, naming Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands among them. Sweden is a locally regulated market, and so, in different ways, are Denmark, Norway and Finland. A casino without a licence in those markets is therefore unlikely to get Trustly for players there.

Depositing by instant bank transfer, step by step

  1. Register with your phone number or email and confirm your country.
  2. Open the cashier and choose instant bank transfer, sometimes labelled “Instant Banking”.
  3. Pick your bank from the list and log in with your usual bank credentials when redirected.
  4. Approve the payment in your bank; the amount reaches your casino balance within seconds.
  5. For withdrawals, the casino normally pays back to the same bank account, which simplifies verification.

If your bank does not appear in the list, the casino does not support instant bank payments from it, and a card or e-wallet is the alternative. Note that the cashier list can differ by country, so what a friend in another country sees may not match yours.

If your bank declines the payment

A declined payment usually means your bank’s own policy blocks gambling transactions to that merchant, or, in Norway and Finland, that the operator is covered by a payment-blocking order. Do not try to route around a block through intermediaries. Use another method the casino lists, or take the refusal as a signal to choose a different casino, such as a locally licensed one where Trustly or BankID work as normal.

Limits by method

Withdrawals at every brand from these five groups are capped at EUR 5,000 per 24 hours and EUR 20,000 per 30 days regardless of method. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 at the MGA brands. At Tsars, the payments page shows per-transaction limits by method: card deposits up to EUR 700 or EUR 4,000 depending on the card scheme, bank and e-wallet deposits up to EUR 5,000 or EUR 10,000, and withdrawals up to EUR 5,000 per transaction, cut to EUR 2,000 while a bonus is active. The minimum deposit is EUR 20 for every method we saw.

Trustly at locally licensed casinos

Trustly remains common at casinos that hold a licence in the player’s own country, for example Spelinspektionen-licensed casinos in Sweden, where it is often combined with BankID login. If paying with Trustly matters to you, a locally licensed casino is the place to find it. That also brings Spelpaus in Sweden, ROFUS in Denmark, kronor accounts and tax-free winnings. The trade-off is that Swedish licensees may only offer a bonus at the first gaming occasion (Spellagen 14 kap. 9 §), while the international brands in this directory run multi-stage welcome packages.

Which methods lose you the bonus

Payment choice affects bonus eligibility more than most players expect. Frenwall’s bonus terms exclude deposits via Jeton, MiFinity, Neteller and Skrill from every casino deposit bonus. Elmst and Elvel exclude Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard. Hundise excludes e-wallet deposits from casino bonuses. Instant bank transfer and cards qualify everywhere we checked. If you want the welcome offer, make your first deposit by bank or card. Later deposits can use any method, but each stage of a multi-stage package is tied to the deposit that triggers it, so a single e-wallet deposit in the middle of the sequence can cost you that stage’s bonus or spins. Check which stage you are on in the bonus tab before choosing how to pay.

Safety: bank payments to casinos without a local licence

Paying by bank to a casino without a licence in your country carries a few specific risks. Norway can order payment blocking of unlicensed operators, and Finland has blocked player payments to operators on the police list since the start of 2023, so a transfer may be declined. Swedish and Danish banks may also decline gambling transactions under their own policies. If a payment is blocked, do not try to route around it through third parties; contact the casino and use another listed method, or reconsider whether that casino is right for you. Many Nordic banks also let you block gambling payments yourself in their apps, which is a useful self-control tool regardless of the casino’s licence.

Payment tools that help you stay in control

Trustly’s own gambling block shows how payment providers can support self-control: Finnish users can ask Trustly to block payments to gambling merchants from a bank account they have used with Trustly before, by contacting Trustly, proving ownership of the account and confirming by email within 24 hours. The block does not cover Finnish bank-button payments, and outside Finland Trustly points users to national self-exclusion services. Because none of the international casinos in this directory uses Trustly, its block would not affect them anyway. More useful for most readers is the gambling block many Nordic banks offer in their apps, which stops card payments to gambling merchants whatever their licence, and the deposit limits each casino offers in the account. Our responsible gambling page lists the tools by casino group.

Questions to ask support about payments

  • Which deposit methods are available from my country, and which do not qualify for bonuses?
  • Who provides your instant bank transfers, and does my bank appear in the list?
  • Can I withdraw to the same bank account I deposited from?
  • What are the withdrawal limits per day, per week and per month?
  • Do you charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals?

Save the chat transcript. If a payment is later handled differently from what support told you, it is useful evidence. A support team that answers all five questions clearly and quickly is also a reasonable sign of how the casino will handle a withdrawal problem later.

Currency and conversion for bank payments

Swedish accounts at every brand in this directory run in euros, and Slot Pony is the only platform where we saw Norwegian kroner configured for Norway. A bank transfer from a kronor account is therefore converted by your bank or by the payment provider, usually at a margin above the mid-market rate. On a SEK 5,000 deposit, a 1.5% margin costs about SEK 75 each way. Two habits keep the cost down: deposit less often in larger amounts within your budget, and, if your bank offers a euro sub-account, deposit and withdraw from that. Card payments convert in the same way, and some card issuers add a foreign-transaction fee on top.

Who should look for a Trustly casino instead

If your priority is paying with Trustly and logging in with BankID or MitID, a casino licensed in your own country is the right choice, and you gain national self-exclusion and, in Sweden and Denmark, tax-free winnings from licensed operators. If your priority is multi-stage welcome packages or wager-free spins, the international brands in this directory offer those, with instant bank transfer in place of Trustly and euros in place of kronor.

Old Trustly list: what we corrected

The previous version of this page listed 21 casinos under a “Trustly” heading, including Nitro Casino, Instant Casino, NeonVegas and Slotti. None of the brands we could re-verify lists Trustly for Nordic players today, and several of the old entries are no longer on our list at all. The page now reports Trustly availability as “no” across the directory and recommends brands on the strength of their bank-transfer terms instead.

If a payment is blocked, do not try to route around it through third parties; contact the casino and use another listed method, or reconsider whether that casino is right for you. Many Nordic banks also let you block gambling payments yourself in their apps, which is a useful self-control tool regardless of the casino’s licence. Payment tools that help you stay in control Trustly’s own gambling block shows how payment providers can support self-control: Finnish users can ask Trustly to block payments to gambling merchants from a bank account they have used with Trustly before, by contacting Trustly, proving ownership of the account and confirming by email within 24 hours. Questions to ask support about payments Which deposit methods are available from my country, and which do not qualify for bonuses? Who provides your instant bank transfers, and does my bank appear in the list? Can I withdraw to the same bank account I deposited from? What are the withdrawal limits per day, per week and per month? Do you charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals? Save the chat transcript. If a payment is later handled differently from what support told you, it is useful evidence. A support team that answers all five questions clearly and quickly is also a reasonable sign of how the casino will handle a withdrawal problem later. Currency and conversion for bank payments Swedish accounts at every brand in this directory run in euros, and Slot Pony is the only platform where we saw Norwegian kroner configured for Norway. Who should look for a Trustly casino instead If your priority is paying with Trustly and logging in with BankID or MitID, a casino licensed in your own country is the right choice, and you gain national self-exclusion and, in Sweden and Denmark, tax-free winnings from licensed operators. If your priority is multi-stage welcome packages or wager-free spins, the international brands in this directory offer those, with instant bank transfer in place of Trustly and euros in place of kronor. Old Trustly list: what we corrected The previous version of this page listed 21 casinos under a “Trustly” heading, including Nitro Casino, Instant Casino, NeonVegas and Slotti. None of the brands we could re-verify lists Trustly for Nordic players today, and several of the old entries are no longer on our list at all. The page now reports Trustly availability as “no” across the directory and recommends brands on the strength of their bank-transfer terms instead. Country notes for bank-transfer players

Method notes

We checked each casino’s payments page, cashier description and terms from a Swedish connection on 6 and 7 October 2026, and inspected the lobby configuration of the MGA, Estonian and Anjouan brands for the payment flows set for each country. Frequently asked questions

Which international casinos accept Trustly?

None of the international casinos we track for Nordic players lists Trustly as of October 2026. Trustly’s merchant terms require merchants to hold every licence their activity needs, and a Trustly executive wrote in May 2023 that it had stopped working with unlicensed, MGA and Curaçao-licensed operators in locally regulated markets.

Why do some review sites still list Trustly at offshore casinos?

Many listings are out of date or confuse Trustly with other instant bank transfer providers. Always check the casino’s own cashier for your country before you rely on any payment method.

What can I use instead of Trustly at an international casino?

At the casinos in this directory: instant bank transfer (the provider is not named publicly), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and e-wallets such as Jeton. Finnish players can use Zimpler or Brite Pay N Play flows at some brands.

Is Trustly Pay N Play available at international casinos?

Trustly says Pay N Play is available in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, the Netherlands and the UK, at merchants that integrate it. We found no casino without a local licence offering Trustly Pay N Play to Nordic players.

Can I block gambling payments with Trustly?

Trustly offers a gambling block, but only in Finland and only for a bank account you have previously used with Trustly. Residents of other countries are pointed to their national self-exclusion services.

Is instant bank transfer the same as Trustly?

It works in a similar way, through your online bank, but it is a different provider. The MGA, Estonian and Anjouan casinos in our directory do not name their instant bank provider publicly; their lobby code whitelists Brite’s payment software.

Can Swedish players use Pay N Play at international casinos?

Not at the brands we track. Their Swedish flow is a quick-deposit registration rather than Pay N Play, and Trustly Pay N Play is not offered to Nordic players at casinos without a local licence.

Which payment method is fastest for withdrawals?

At the MGA, Estonian and Anjouan brands we list, instant bank transfer and e-wallets are fastest once a withdrawal is approved, often the same working day. Cards can take up to three days to arrive. At Tsars, crypto withdrawals are processed in under 24 hours.

Is Trustly regulated?

Yes, as a payment institution. Trustly’s UK company is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference 1005703). That authorisation covers payments, not the casinos that use Trustly.
