This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit internationalcasinolist.com. It was last revised on 7 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The operator of this website is responsible for the processing described here. Questions and requests: [email protected], marked “Privacy”.
2. Summary
The site has no user accounts, newsletter, comments or forms. Personal data is processed in three situations only: when you load a page, when you follow a link to a casino, and when you email us.
3. When you visit a page
Our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent. This is needed to run and protect the site. Logs are deleted after a short retention period.
4. When you follow a link to a casino
Buttons to casinos use addresses on our site that begin with /recommends/ and redirect you to the operator through a tracking link. The click (time, IP address, browser, referring page and a campaign identifier) is recorded so that a registration can be attributed for commission. Once you reach the casino, its own privacy and cookie policies apply. Operators report aggregated results to us; they do not send us your name or account details.
5. When you email us
We keep your email address and message to reply and to act on corrections, and delete them when no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after our last exchange.
6. Legal basis
These activities rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: operating a secure website, earning affiliate commission and answering correspondence. We do not sell personal data, profile visitors or make automated decisions about you.
7. Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Service providers that deliver and protect the site may set strictly necessary cookies. Casinos you visit through our links set their own cookies.
8. Service providers
Hosting, content delivery and security providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it, by emailing the address above. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) in Sweden, Datatilsynet in Norway or Denmark, or the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
10. Changes
We will update this notice when our processing changes and show the revision date at the top. See also our about page and responsible gambling page.
