Betting rules that differ from the casino side
- Separate bonuses. Casino welcome packages do not apply to sports bets. Sports offers, where they exist, carry their own minimum odds and turnover rules.
- Same wallet, same limits. At every site above, the sportsbook shares the account balance and the EUR 5,000 daily payout cap with the casino.
- Different age at Frenwall. Winsly and Slot Owl take bets from 18, while their casinos are 21+ under the Estonian terms.
- Finland. Welcome offers at most of these brands exclude Finnish residents, and Finland’s licensed betting market opens only on 1 July 2027.
- Self-exclusion. Spelpaus and ROFUS do not cover these sportsbooks; use each site’s own limits and exclusion tools, and set them before your first bet.

Odds margins: the cost no bonus table shows
Every bookmaker builds a margin into its prices. Turn each price into a probability (1 divided by the odds), add them up, and anything above 100% is the margin. On a two-way tennis match, one site offering 1.95 on both players implies 51.3% + 51.3% = 102.6%, a margin of about 2.6%. Another offering 1.83 on both implies about 109.3%, a margin of about 9.3%.
Over time that gap is what you pay. Staking EUR 20 on 100 such matches (EUR 2,000 in total), the expected cost is roughly EUR 50 at the first site and roughly EUR 170 at the second. These are worked numbers, not quotes from the sites in our table, but the scale is real: a few points of margin usually cost more than a sports welcome bonus is worth after its conditions.
Bet types, live betting and cash-out
Singles are one selection and one result, with the lowest margin and the easiest records. Accumulators multiply the odds of several selections, and the margins multiply too, which is why bookmakers promote them so heavily. Live betting prices move every few seconds during a match; decide before kick-off how many in-play bets you will allow yourself and turn off odds notifications. Cash-out settles a bet early at a price the bookmaker sets, and that price carries a margin of its own.
Settlement rules to read before a big bet
- Abandoned or postponed matches. Some rules void the bet after a set delay; others settle on the score when play stopped.
- Obvious price errors. Almost every bookmaker reserves the right to correct a clearly wrong price, which can void a winning bet.
- Maximum winnings. A per-bet or per-day cap in the sportsbook rules is separate from the EUR 5,000 daily withdrawal cap.
- Related selections. Combining linked outcomes in one accumulator is often not allowed.

Payout limits on winning bets
Withdrawals at every site above are capped at EUR 5,000 per 24 hours and EUR 20,000 per 30 days under the terms, which matters more to bettors than to most casino players: a large accumulator win can take several weeks to withdraw in full. Processing is within 72 hours at all five operators. Accounts for Swedish players run in euros, so stakes and winnings are converted by your bank. Verify your identity before a big match day, because the first withdrawal triggers document checks at every operator here.
Old list corrections
The previous betting list included QBet, 31bet, Betzino, BetsAmigo, WallaceBet, BetnFlix and N1Bet. Several of the remaining Anjouan brands, including Monsino, Unlimit and Winzie, were licensed in Malta until 2026, so older reviews may still show an MGA licence. We removed QBet because of regulatory sanctions against its operator and the others because we could not re-verify them for Nordic players this month; Betzino appears on our Curaçao page. Frequently asked questions
Which international betting sites accept Nordic players?
Among the brands we track, Winsly, Slot Owl (Estonian licence), Quickz, Shockz, Reblz (Malta) and Bet Inferno, Monsino, Unlimit, Winzie and Lucky Jungle (Anjouan) run sportsbooks and accept Nordic players under their terms. None holds a Nordic licence.
What is the minimum age for betting at these sites?
18 at the Malta and Anjouan brands. The Estonian-licensed Frenwall brands set 18 for betting and 21 for casino games, so an 18-year-old can bet at Winsly or Slot Owl but not play their casino.
Are betting winnings from international sites taxed?
In Sweden, winnings from EEA-licensed sites are tax-free only if the game does not require a Swedish licence; non-EEA winnings are taxed at 30% of net winnings per operator and year. Norway taxes single wins above NOK 10,000 from commercial foreign betting as a rule.
Can I use one bonus for both casino and sports?
Usually not. Casino welcome offers and sports welcome offers are separate, with different terms. Reblz, for example, offers a casino package and a separate 100% sports bonus up to EUR 400.
What is an odds margin?
It is the bookmaker’s built-in price. Convert each odd into a probability by dividing 1 by it and add them up: odds of 1.95 on both sides of a tennis match add up to about 102.6%, a margin of about 2.6%. The lower the margin on your sports, the less you pay over time.
